Round 4 Team Report – U8 Dolphins
Great work on Saturday to the U8 Dolphins! It is impressive to see the players’ improvement week by week. Congrats to Owen for a great performance which earnt him man of the match. Keep up the good work team, looking forward to the next game. - Barry Warren, Manager
Thank you to Barry for the wrap-up. We encourage a representative from each of our teams (not necessarily the manager) to share your teams’ journey and experiences with the rest of the Club. It would be great, especially for away games, if each team could send a short wrap-up and a photo or two to let the rest of us know how you are travelling. Just send an email to: PacificFC@pacluth.qld.edu.au.
A wise man recently reminded me that it takes a village to raise a well-rounded young person. Our Club is our village and this includes all parents, grandparents, friends and, of course, the children. So, please take an active part in our village and support the Club! We are always open to suggestions of activities we can do together or with other clubs. Who knows, your suggestion just may well become a tradition of Pacific FC!
Round 5 – Saturday 27th April

Roar Active Program
Following the success of the Roar Active Program at the beginning of the season, we have the Roar coming back to hold follow up sessions on Tuesday 23rd and Wednesday 24th April. The sessions will run from 3.30pm to 5.30pm each day. Pacific FC will subsidise the cost so registration is only $40 for both days. Click here to book online!
Player Gym Strength Sessions
We have been running strength and conditioning sessions for our competitive players over the past three weeks. These sessions run on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3.30pm to 4.00pm in the fitness centre (next to the soccer shed).
The sessions incorporate a variety of safe exercises, balance and challenge activities designed to improve aspects of the player’s game such as speed, agility, injury prevention, confidence and mind body connections. The many benefits of strength and conditioning are also known to assist in other areas of life such as school performance, overcoming adversity, self-esteem and self-discipline.
In Term 2, Mason will run additional group training sessions on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at the school from 7.15am to 8.00am. For more information, prices or bookings, email Mason at: kawanaforestfitness@gmail.com. There are limited spots available.
