Year 7 and 10 Vaccinations

A reminder that Year 7 and 10 vaccination consent forms were due this week on Tuesday 17^th March. If you are yet to return the forms, please complete and return as soon as possible. Please note that forms need to be returned even if you do not wish for your child to be vaccinated at school.

Extra forms can be obtained from the College nurses in the Health Centre.

The vaccination dates for 2020 are as follows:

• Thursday 23^rd April – Year 7 and 10
• Thursday 29^th October – Year 7
