SCISSA Touch Football

This week marked our final round before we hit the catch-up round and finals. Our Senior Girls, Junior Girls Team 2 and Intermediate Girls Team 1 went down in close games. Congratulations to the Senior Boys, Junior Girls Team 1 and Junior Boys Team 2 for their away wins. Special mention goes to Junior Boys Team 1 and Intermediate Girls Team 2 for their commanding home victories this week.

At this stage, it looks like PLC has a definite 3 teams locked in for finals with a few who are on the cusp. This is a great result for our PLC Touch program, and we look forward to a strong finish for the season.

SSCRU 10 aside Girls Rugby

Well done to the girls on another exceptional round of competition this week. The girls posted a convincing win against St Teresa's defeating them a total of 42 to 0. Their second game against James Nash came down to the wire with the girls showing an exceptional defensive effort and solid attack, unfortunately, they went down by a single conversion with the final score being 12-10. It's pleasing to see the girls continue to play more and more competitively throughout the season and continue to grow their confidence in their playing ability. Well done!
