Year 6 -Year 11 End of Year Service Information

The Year 6-11 End of Year Service will take place on Tuesday 26th November, Week 9.  This is a wonderful opportunity to come together as a community to celebrate the academic year and the achievements of our students.  The evening will involve performances, speeches and the presentation of awards. 

Please see summary details of this event as follows:

Date: Tuesday 26th November, Week 9

Venue and Time: Students are required to be at The Events Centre, Caloundra at 6:00pm for roll call (for a 6:30pm start).  The service is expected to finish at approximately 8:30pm.

Uniform: Winter formal uniform, including blazers for students in Year 10-12.  Hats are not required.

All students in Year 6-11 are expected to attend this formal celebration of our academic year.  If your child/children are not able to attend the evening, you are asked to notify their Head of House by Friday November 22nd.

Please note that students in Year 6-11 are able to wear sports uniform to and from school on Tuesday November 26th, so that full formal uniform can be prepared for the evening’s event.

Please note that there is currently building works blocking off intersection of Nutley Street and Omrah Avenue so ensure you access Nutley Street via Suller Street.  Parking is available under the centre as well as the open air car parks on Nutley Street.
