Year 5 Sing Out Loud

This year, Year 5 students have been visiting IRT Woodlands Retirement Home on Friday afternoons to participate in the Sing Out Loud Program. Led by maestro Sharon Brown, students and their elderly ‘buddies’ came together to sing old classics such as ‘Singing in the Rain’, ‘Just the Two of Us’ and ‘Campdown Races’. The program was an invaluable opportunity for Pacific students to serve their local community, build relationships and form friendships. Year 5 students and their buddies thoroughly enjoyed their time together.
