Year 3 and 4 Strings Concert

On Monday last week, the Year 3 and 4 strings students came together to perform in front of staff, students, parents and friends. They showcased the pieces they had worked on throughout the year. For some of the Year 3 students, this was their very first musical performance, which is commendable. They conducted themselves very well and played beautifully, even including some dance moves! The Year 4 students split into three groups and played pieces that were more orchestral in sound. Again, they played wonderfully and should be proud of everything they have achieved on their instruments during the past two years. It is very exciting to see the progress of the young string players. The concert culminated in a performance from the Junior String Ensemble. Congratulations to all students on their performance.
