Voices on the Coast

The list of students selected to attend Voices on the Coast was posted on the library noticeboard this week. Year 7-12 students will need to meet at the library at 8.20am on Thursday 18^th July (Week 1 of Term 3). The Year 4-6 students will be attending the event on Friday 19^th July and will also need to meet at the library at 8.20am.

Last week the library celebrated the 50th anniversary of the moon landing. Our lunchtime activities were extremely popular, with long lines of students waiting to try the virtual reality space tour and the green screen. Other activities included painting a planet, eating the phases of the moon and building a rocket! The library was also decorated with a space theme and videos played of teachers reliving their memories of the momentous day.
