Trust Empowers and Enables

One of the defining characteristics of the Finnish education system is the high levels of trust that exist between government, system, school leaders, teachers, parents and students.  In any group whether that be a work place, community group, family or school where there are high levels of trust, people are enabled and empowered.  The response to having trust placed in us is to take responsibility.  Pacific is a community that operates with high levels of trust.  Where we trust the strengths, goodwill and capacity in others we approach all situations with a focus on growth and solutions.  Trust opens the largeness of possibility.  Actions and conversations change.

God invites us to engage in a trusting relationship with Him.  In the good and difficult times in life, He encourages us to trust that He walks with us.
