Congratulation to the following boys who have recently represented the College in sport and have been selected in district or regional teams.

Harrison Angel was selected last week in the Under 12 Independent District Rugby Union team. More than 40 players attended the trials at St Andrew’s Anglican College and Harrison was selected as part of the 20-player squad to compete at the regional carnival in June.

Tim Bange was selected in the Under 12 Independent District Touch Football team. More than 25 boys attended the trials and Tim was selected into the 12-player squad to attend the Regional Touch Football Carnival at Glasshouse Sport Club.

Lastly, Christian Schlotterbach recently attended the Sunshine Coast Regional Soccer trials as a member of the Independent District team. The team was named as ‘Sunshine Coast Region Schools Sport 2017 Football CHAMPIONS’! The carnival was played over two days and Christian was one of six Independent District boys selected in the All Star game at the end of the carnival. From the All Star game Christian was selected to in the Sunshine Coast Regional Football Team, which play in the upcoming State Championships.
