Pacific Lutheran College has launched SchoolTV, a digital wellbeing platform featuring Dr Michael Carr-Gregg. SchoolTV empowers parents to deal with the issues faced by today’s youth.
Each month, a new topic is published on our SchoolTV website and includes contributions from many leading experts in youth wellbeing. This month’s topic is Physical Activity and Exercise.
In this digital age, children are using computers and mobile devices, not only for learning, but also for relaxation and recreation purposes. In this edition of SchoolTV, parents will discover practical advice relating to the benefits of regular physical activity and exercise, as well as tips on how to get their kids motivated and moving more.
Through the archive on our SchoolTV website, parents will also be able to access past editions with topics ranging from Exam Jitters to Anxiety and Internet Addiction.
Parents can access our SchoolTV site through the ‘School Links’ tab in Parent Lounge: http://tass.pacluth.qld.edu.au/parentlounge/login.cfm.
