School-Based Vaccinations

Year 7 and 10 School based Immunisation clinic will be held next Thursday 17^th May.

Only those students who have sent in a completed consent form will receive the vaccination.

Year 7 students will be receiving one dose of Dtpa and one dose of HPV.

Year 10 students will be receiving a meningococcal Vaccine.

Unfortunately, any student who returns a consent form between now and the clinic date will not be vaccinated on the day of the clinic.
