Run Club
The PLC Run Club held their final run for 2023 this morning in beautiful running conditions. We had a great turnout and completed a 5-6km circuit around the first part of Kawana Lake. It has been great to see our runners reaching their potential this year with lots of students now being able to run for extended distances. Thank you very much to all the staff, students and parents who have turned up each week to join us.
Our culminating event is the Sunshine Coast Marathon on Sunday 13th August. It would be great to see lots of PLC students and parents join us on the day to represent our College. Anyone from our community is able to join, even if they haven’t been a part of Run Club this year. When signing up, join the team ‘PLC Run Club 2023’ to receive a 10% discount. There are a range of distances: 2km, 5km, 10km and 21.1km (age dependent). There will be refreshments provided for all entrants on the day.
