God encourages us to grow and use our God-given talents to make a difference for people and to take care of the planet. God sees the hidden gem within each of us and forgives our rough edges where we fall short. He encourages us to see the gem in ourselves, others and in the opportunities we encounter. We are encouraged to use those times when we or others fall short to refine and grow, equipped by God’s love and forgiveness.
