PLC Netball

This week saw the start of the finals and naturally there were highs and lows all round.  Firstly, congratulations to our U11 PLC Palominos who won through to the Grand Final in two weeks.  Watch out for game times in next week’s Compass and if you can spare the time, come down and watch the girls play for glory.

For our PLC Thoroughbreds it was a day of missed opportunities, but that is the roller coaster of sport and life.  The girls have had a great season achieving the goal set them in February by making the finals.  This achievement gains perspective when you consider that the team is playing two divisions higher than they were last year having moved from Div 5 to Div 3.

Also hire dresses, umpire shirts and officials’ shirts can be returned to the uniform shop.  Please ensure that they are placed in a bag clearly marked with your name.
