Sign-on for our 2021 teams is closing soon!

Welcome back to another year of netball. Registrations are open via the new Netball Connect application. Details of how to find it can be sourced from our Facebook page or by emailing netballcommunity@pacluth.qld.edu.au.

On the subject of social media, watch out for the PLC Netball Instagram ‘chatroom’. Whilst the Club will have oversight of the account, the design content will be administered by the players under the guidance of Trisha. The approach is designed to provide Facebook for the adults and Instagram for the players, thereby creating a whole of community outcome.

Training has commenced on Tuesday night from 3:30pm to 5:00pm for the open girls, with the age group girls being on Wednesday from 3:15pn to 4:30pm on the back courts.

Our grading day and team selection is on Saturday 20th February. Timings and sequence will be provided in due course. The event is at the school gym.

Finally, a big thank you to Trisha McFadyen who has worked tirelessly behind the scenes to implement the new Netball Queensland Management System, Netball Connect.  The project has presented many challenges, most recently the changing of the on-line registration forms at midnight the evening before the Caloundra registration day. This was the sixth time this had occurred. Trisha has invested well in excess of 50 hours effort since the system went live on 15th January, whilst working full-time. As you see Trisha around, an acknowledgement of the efforts would be appreciated as we would not have a 2021 season without her dedication.
