Pinnacle Dance Challenge

Over the weekend, 50 students across the Junior, Middle and Senior College represented Pacific at the Pinnacle Dance Challenge. It was the first time this competition had been run and it is designed to encourage dance within schools. The Pacific dance students have worked extremely hard over the past few months in preparation for this competition and we are very proud of their achievements.

We had six dances entered with the following results:

• Junior College SCISSA Jazz – 3rd Place (82/100)
• Middle College SCISSA Jazz – 3rd Place (82/100)
• Middle College Contemporary – 1st Place (87/100 – This group also beat the previous school record)
• Middle College Ballet – 1st Place (85/100)
• Senior College Jazz – Highly Commended (82/100)
• Senior College Contemporary – 3rd Place (81/100)
