Soccer and Netball Games at Pacific

Last Saturday, Pacific FC and PLC Netball hosted Sunshine Coast Churches Association teams and Caloundra District Netball Association teams at the College. By all accounts, it was a successful day and we thank families for their mindfulness when parking their cars and moving about the fields and courts.

The brisk, breezy conditions ensured the multiple canteens were kept busy serving hot coffees and goodies from the new Pacific FC Autumn menu. We thank our rostered field set up/pack up and canteen teams – the Razors, Hammerheads, Vipers, Seals and Cobras for their help in running the event and our home baker, Di Cannon.

Congratulations to canteen volunteer, Elise Johnston, who won the $50 Rebel gift card.

Election Day BBQ – 18th May

Pacific FC has secured a much-needed fundraising opportunity at Bunnings Birtinya on the Sausage Sizzle this Saturday 18th May – yes, election day! If you’re going past on Saturday, please stop by and enjoy one of our snags!

Thank you to those who have volunteered to help. We would still like a couple more volunteers, so if you and your child can offer an hour to assist on the BBQ, it would be greatly appreciated. Club funds are spent on benefits that players enjoy such as breakup parties, K3 Training, fitness training and other subsidised programs. When everyone pitches in, it makes the day fun and quick.

BONUS: Every volunteer will go into the draw to win a $50 Rebel gift card. If you can help out for one hour during the day, please email: PacificFC@pacluth.qld.edu.au.

Looking Ahead…

Our next home game at Pacific is Saturday 25th May. The teams on duty are the Orcas, Dolphins, Swordfish and Eels.
