On Friday 3rd March, students across the College participated in ‘Clean Up Australia Day’ activities that were led by Environmental Action Group Captain, Leah Monk, and a number of students from the Junior, Middle and Senior College.

We recognise though that Clean Up Australia Day does not have to be just a one-day event. We all have the capacity to make better choices in regards to the use and disposal of packaging. 'Care, Dignity and Respect’ is a message that is important not just in our interactions and relationships, but also in how we treat property and the environment around us.

On Saturday 25th March between 8.30pm and 9.30pm, the nation is recognising ‘Earth Hour’. This involves switching off lights and devices where possible to conserve energy. The theme this year is ‘switch off to join the future’. For more information, please refer to: https://earthhour.org.au/home/.
