Open Boys SCISSA Soccer - Champions!

This week, the open boys soccer team took on Sunshine Coast Grammar School (SCGS) in a replay of the 2015 SCISSA soccer final at Matthew Flinders Anglican College. At half time, the Pacific boys were up 2-0 and dominated play all game. With two minutes left in the game, SCGS scored a late goal, putting them within striking distance of levelling the score! However, the Pacific boys were too strong in the end and prevailed to be crowned SCISSA champions for 2016!

A big thank you to Mr Brendan Delaney for his work with the boys. Well done to the team of Ollie Colam, Bailey Hockam, Jez Lofthouse, Harry Turner, Joel Anderson, Zane Gear, Jacob Hussey, Kurtis Modlin (injury), Tom Gretton, Sam Dee, Will Minns, Josh Aldous, Haden Hurd and Tyler Turner. It was a fantastic effort by all.
