National Ride2School Day

Next Friday 22^nd March is National Ride2School Day. The day promotes alternative travel arrangements, such as walking, riding and skating. We encourage our students to use active travel to get to and from school because:

• Children arrive at school feeling more alert and ready to learn;
• Active travel helps students to achieve their recommended 60 minutes of daily physical activity; and
• It means fewer cars on our local streets, improving road safety around the College.

Sunshine Coast Council is offering great prizes this Ride2School Day including bike shop vouchers valued at $500, $200 and $100. To go in the draw, register your children for Ride2School Day online before 5.00pm on Friday 22^nd March. Click here to register.
