Kid’s Lit Quiz

On Monday 27^th March, the PLC Library was excited to host a state heat for Kid’s Lit Quiz and compete against St. Luke’s Anglican College, Bundaberg. The event was comprised of book-savvy students showcasing their general literature facts. There were 10 rounds within the heat and the students had a lot of fun using their book knowledge to answer questions. It was a close heat between all teams at first, but St. Luke’s Team 1 ran away with the lead and received first place. PLC Team 3 took second place, consisting of Joshua, Erin, Grace and Mia. So well done to all 7 teams that participated! It was a great opportunity to celebrate the elite readers amongst us and to showcase their skill-building over many years of reading.
