Health Psychology Promotes Emotional and Physical Health

Health Psychology is understanding how biological, sociological, environmental and cultural factors relate to physical and emotional health. Research has discovered that negative feelings such as sadness, anger or anxiety have a direct association to a person’s physical condition.
