In our fast-paced lives, it is important that we develop the skill to be fully present in the moment.  This means, when we are learning or working our minds are engaged in making the most of the opportunities that each moment presents. Being fully present as we spend time with family and friends enriches relationships. Extra colour is added when we are fully present as we relax through a variety of leisure activities.

God has given us life to live moment by moment. In Ecclesiastes, there is a well-known passage that reminds us that there is a time for all things. Later in the Bible, there is the encouragement to not bring the worries of the past or the future into our moments. God promises to provide for our daily needs. He invites us to seek forgiveness from Him for our failings and mistakes. As we place our trust in God, we are freed to live each moment fully.
