Purpose is grown through the why and how we do things rather than the what we do. When we bring a strong desire to grow our gifts and talents and use our time to benefit others, a strong sense of purpose grows through all that we do. Purpose is grown as we approach our learning and work with the spirit of growing our capacity to help other people. Purpose grows as we stop to pick up that piece of plastic or rubbish to protect the environment, or as we do work around our homes to make a difference for the family. Purpose is generated where we genuinely thank those who help us through what they do. In our context that would include recognising the role that grounds, IT, library, admin, support, tuckshop, finance, cleaning, early learning and OSHC care staff, teachers, coaches, managers or other volunteers for giving of their time and talent and helping them where we can.

God invites us to bring appreciation, gratitude, kindness and a servant heart into everything we do. We are invited to grow and use our gifts and talents to improve life for people and the environment. We find our purpose through giving freely as God has given to us.
