Containers for Change

Ella and Trixie, Environmental Pacific Action Group Captains along with the students of the Action Group and our Year 5 Kids in Action have worked closely with the OCEANfest Committee to ensure we are all caring for our environment throughout the festival.

Containers for Change bins will be placed in areas where food is purchased and consumed for mindful disposal. The Environmental PAG and Kids in Action will also be running a small competition throughout the festival to encourage responsible waste management. For all those who return a bottle and/or can to the ‘Containers for Change’ stall in the Gym, will receive a ticket to go into the draw to win one of 2 prizes.
