Connecting College and Community

We have a busy term with many opportunities for families to come together, meet new families or re-connect and support our community by volunteering at the school events. We will be calling for volunteers throughout the term.

 Our first event is our Mother’s Day stall on Tuesday 7th May 2024.

Volunteers are needed for times between 7:30am – Noon,  with 1 or 2 hours of help needed. Volunteers can help set up the stall and then help our students choose items for their special Mum, Grandma, Aunt, or special lady in their lives.

This is an excellent opportunity for fellowship between volunteers, a rewarding way to support our PLC community and of course a fun morning meeting the students.

Friends of Pacific would like to invite those who have successfully completed the volunteer registration process to join.

If you haven’t completed your Volunteering Training at Pacific yet, don’t worry as it is quick and easy. This year, the College is streamlining the induction process by using a flexible delivery platform where volunteers work through the Volunteer Handbook, complete an electronic form, and upload relevant documentation. The Volunteer Handbook is accessible via the parent portal in Nav - Nav Community Links

If you have ever thought about volunteering or becoming a part of Friends of Pacific, now is the time. There are so many exciting events on the 2024 calendar and the more people who are available to support these events will ensure there success.

Hosting events is only possible thanks to the efforts of those in our College community who give so generously of their time.

Secondary Athletics Carnival – Thursday 23rd May at USC

Trivia Night –                             Friday 16th August  - this will be a lot of fun, so lock in your calendar!
