Connecting College and Community

In a year like no other, we are enormously appreciative of the involvement of parents from all year levels and for our group of FoP executives who have continued to connect via Zoom each month: Allyson Sarvari, Erin Carter, Belinda Watman, Teena Thompson, Alison Ferguson, Rita Williams and Bron Butler. We thank them for their energy, encouragement and commitment.

At this time, we also pause and reflect upon the dedication and commitment of Allyson Sarvari. Allyson has served the Pacific community for an incredible 16 years, starting as a Foundation College parent, while her three boys progressed through the College. Next week, her youngest son Nicholas will graduate from Pacific. Allyson has worked tirelessly as Vice President, hosting food and drink stalls at athletics and surf carnivals, Carol Evenings, Open Days and of course, the biannual OCEANfests. She has been the driving force behind our volunteer triathlon crews, the legendary PLC Golf Days, as well as many other external community activities. We acknowledge and sincerely thank Allyson for her unwavering support of FoP and wish her all the best for the future.

Join us in 2021

We invite all current and new Pacific parents and staff to attend our general meeting and AGM on Tuesday 16th February at 6.30pm (Term 1, 2021). We encourage you to support FoP by nominating or expressing your interest for the 2021 volunteer committee. It’s a wonderful way to unite with fellow parents and staff, learn more about what is happening on campus and support events that bring much joy to our community.
