Congratulations and Farewell Year 12s
Congratulations and Farewell Year 12s
Our Year 12s have brought this year’s theme of Purpose, Engagement and Co-Agency to life in all dimensions of College life. They have engaged very well with their academic learning, encouraging each other to higher performance. Within the sporting domain, they have been talented athletes reaching new levels within regional and state based competitions. In doing so, they have created new pathways for Pacific students in the future. As leaders they have acted very effectively as co-agents to generate new ways of thinking and practices within the College. Their tremendous talent in the performing arts has shone through as they have led music ensembles and the Pippin production. We enjoyed their creativity in the Immersive Light Show and celebrated with them their success with the regional Let The Sunshine In visual art competition. They have strongly supported the spiritual heart of the College through who they have been as people and through leadership of chapel and our Youth Group.
Most importantly, they have done this with good purpose. They have led with humility and strong servant hearts with a desire to grow and use their God given gifts to make a difference for others. Their generosity of spirit and very capable leadership has left a strong and enduring legacy. We thank all of our Year 12 students and particularly our College Captains, Pacific Action Group Captains and House Captains for their very capable leadership and service to this community throughout their time at the College. We are very appreciative of their significant contribution and proud of who they have become as people. We pray that God would continue to enrich our 2023 graduates and enrich others through them.
