Club Sport

Pacific Lutheran College has several sports development programs outside of school hours. These programs encourage participation, giving students the opportunity to be part of a team, and learn basic skills of the game.

The parent-led Pacific FC Soccer and PLC Netball Clubs compete on Saturdays in community competitions throughout the Sunshine Coast.

PLC Netball Club

Netball is back! After 3 weeks off due to school holidays, all players finally got back out on the courts. The results this week were a mix of wins and losses, but all girls had a blast and are getting themselves back into the netball routines.

This weekend, Caloundra Netball hosted a modified carnival in which our PLC Rebels participated. Our Rebels have had a great weekend with a win on Saturday and 3 wins at the modified carnival. The Rebels are having a great season with only 1 loss so far, meaning that finals are almost certain for our Under 11’s team this year. A big congratulations to all the girls for the hard work they put into every training and game and a massive thank you to their coach, Nicole for guiding her team through all their success. Keep up the hard work girls, PLC Netball is cheering you on!
