What shaped the key groups in Ancient China? Why are the legacies that Ancient China has left the modern world so important? These are just two of the questions the Year Sevens have been exploring this term in History. At the culmination of our learning on Tuesday we had our annual Chinese Banquet and activities afternoon. The students dined on Honey Chicken, Sweet and Sour Beef, Rice, Spring rolls and some fortune cookies. After lunch they engaged in some outdoor fun and some indoor games such as Chinese Checkers and water colours. All students enjoyed not only the afternoon but also the learning throughout the term.

Chinese Proverb: Learning is a treasure that follows its owner everywhere.
