Teachers and those involved in education play a special role in inspiring, supporting and encouraging our next generation. All of us can remember those moments where a teacher inspired us, lifted us to a better way of being through enabling us to grow new and deeper insights or skills, encouraged us when we were faced by disappointment or challenge and cared enough to have the difficult conversations when we had made poor choices.

We are blessed at Pacific to have a very talented and capable team of teachers and staff who are generous in giving of themselves to invest in the growth of our young people and their families. As staff engage, encourage, guide and walk with our young people, they are committed to provide best possible opportunities for our students. Our staff also engage strongly as learners themselves, bringing wonder, creativity and discernment into their practice. Through drawing on research and feedback our teachers and staff are continually evolving programs and opportunities and growing in capacity to work in partnership with young people and their families. We thank all our staff for growing a culture of hope and possibility filled with rich opportunities where people can flourish now and into the future.
