Year 12 Students – Key Dates Reminder

For students who have applied to QUT and their program is part of the Year 12 Early Offer Scheme, the below key dates are coming up:

31st October: final date to submit supporting documentation. This is a single screen shot of your IA1, IA2, and IA3 results, the web browser and LUI are included in the image.

8th November: Students who are approved for an early offer will receive an email notification.

12th November: Final date to reorder preferences to ensure an eligible course is listed as a student’s first preference.

15th November: QUT Early Offers released via QTAC.

For students who have received Early Offers from other institutions, please ensure you have completed the process by selecting your response to the offer (Accept, Decline, Conditional Accept, Defer). University offers do lapse so please ensure you are keeping an eye on emails and log into the QTAC portal to check for status updates.

Holiday Program Opportunities

QUT Campus tours—29 November and 4 December. 

Our campus tours are an opportunity for your students and their families to discover the real QUT. Led by current QUT students, the tours will showcase our campuses and community spaces across both Gardens Point and Kelvin Grove.

Mathematics Summer School

Students currently in Year 11 studying Specialist Mathematics (or mathematics at an equivalent level) can attend QUT’s Mathematics Summer School in January 2025. Applications close 18 October.

Applications for START QUT STEM Intensive (January 2025) and Semester 1, 2025 close on 31st October 2024. Check eligibility requirements, browse available subjects, and apply on the START QUT webpage.
