Griffith | Creative Arts Open Day 2023

Designed for those thinking of a creative career, the Creative Arts Open Day is the best way to discover the variety of degree options from design, visual and creative arts, music and performing arts, film and animation, industrial design and architecture. The day will feature hands-on creative experiences staged by expert instructors from visual and creative arts, music and performing arts, film and animation, industrial design and architecture.
UQ Medicine Information Evening (Year 12)

ACU Talk with Business and IT Professionals (Year 11 and 12)

JCU Engineering Futures Residential Camp (Years 10, 11 and 12)
Monday 3rd July – Saturday 8th July 2023
Registrations are open for the inaugural JCU Engineering Futures residential camp. Students in Years 10, 11, and 12 are invited to participate in this experience, designed to provide an overview of tertiary education in science, engineering, and technology-related fields.
Engineering Futures is a live-in program giving students in Years 10, 11 and 12 the chance to sample university life and get more familiar with STEM subjects during the school holidays.
Fully funded by JCU, the program offers students a distinctive experience of tertiary education in science, engineering and technology-related fields, while still studying in high school. Over five days, students live on-campus and take part in academic, personal development and team-building activities, with opportunities to meet current JCU students, university staff and other like-minded high school students.
Applications must be received by Friday 19th May.
SCCE Exchange Webinar (Years 10 to 12)

Bond Business School Year 12 Extension Program – Business Stream (Year 12)
Wednesday 26th April to Saturday 6th May 2023
Get a head start on your studies with the Bond Business School Year 12 Extension Program, which comprises fast-paced and fun two-day workshops designed to prepare you for university life. Facilitated by our world-class academics, the Extension Program offers an enriching opportunity that supports the existing Year 12 curriculum across areas such as business and maths. Faced with real-world situations, participants will hone their skills, problem solve, and work collaboratively with their peers. The Extension Program is free of charge to students.
Upon the successful completion of a two-day Extension Program workshop, eligible students will receive early entry into their program of choice and will be able to apply for one of six part-fee (25% and 50%) scholarships or a $5,000 bursary.
The Business Stream will run on two dates:
• Wednesday 26th April and Thursday 27th April 2023
• Friday 5th May and Saturday 6th May 2023

Queensland’s largest Careers & Employment Event is open on May 26th & 27th, 2023 at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre. The Expo will host over 130 organisations and employers with career opportunities for all ages. Entry is free.
The event is for school students, parents, teachers, graduates, job seekers, people looking for courses and workers seeking new training options.
