Sir Samuel Griffith Scholarship at Griffith University (Year 12)
The Sir Samuel Griffith Scholarships are awarded each year purely based on the Principal’s recommendation. Only one is awarded in each school.
This prestigious scholarship provides significant financial support for a high-achieving Year 12 student who is doing what matters today to create a brighter future.
Valued at up to $24,000, it aims to encourage students to continue to excel as they prepare to take their next step to study at Griffith.
To be eligible, you need to be:
- aiming to study at Griffith University in 2023
- likely to receive an ATAR of at least 95.5
- able to demonstrate:
- leadership ability
- civic responsibility
- social awareness
- motivation towards university study and career aspirations
If you meet all the criteria and would like to be considered for the College’s nomination, please contact Ms Anne-Marie Gerlach by email before 4.00pm on Friday 5th August.

Sunshine Coast Technical and Trade Training Centre information sessions (Years 10 and 11)

Internationally Educated is pleased to extend an invitation to PLC students and the College community to attend their next 'Study in the US' virtual information session. The session will be presented by someone with direct experience working in US university admissions and cover the application process as well as the higher education system in the US. Interest in US education opportunities is on the rise.
