Congratulations to the eight teams who were involved in finals matches at various stages throughout last week. The standard of performance and the way in which teams played was incredibly impressive.

Commiserations to the Junior B Boys, Senior B Boys, Junior B Girls and Junior A Girls who all lost their semi-finals. They were close games and played at a very high level. The Junior B Boys & Senior B Boys both almost won in the dying stages of the game. However, we cannot fault the effort of both teams and the contributions of all throughout the season.

The Junior Girls teams (A & B) both faced very tough opponents but put up a brave fight – never giving up! They are all very young and have many more seasons of basketball ahead of them! So well done.

We wish the Intermediate A, B & C Girls all the very best for their grand finals matches after good wins over their opposition. Well done girls and all the best for this week.

The Intermediate B Boys have gone through their season undefeated and have a close rivalry with Kawana SHS, who they face again on Friday. Hopefully they will have a full team who is healthy and ready to go this week.

A draft of the draw is attached, however there is a chance that this information MAY change.

We encourage all who have been involved in basketball throughout the season and the wider PLC Community to come down to Caloundra (or MFAC) to support the PLC teams in the grand final.
