Boost the Bruce Petition

In June, Federal Member for Fisher, Mal Brough MP met with Federal colleagues representing Longman, Petrie and Dickson who all have the desire to upgrade the Bruce Highway properly and as soon as possible. The Members have now joined forces and launched the Boost the Bruce campaign.

As their first step they have secured $8 million in funding to plan the six lane upgrade from the Caloundra Road interchange to Pine River and address the flooding issues. Once the study is completed, options and costs for this upgrade will be known.

The next step will be to secure Federal and State Government Funding, and this is where they need your help. To show your support, sign the petition at www.boostthebruce.com.au.
