Future Problem-Solving Competition Results
In 2023, Middle and Senior College students embraced a wide range of Future Problem Solving divisions, with representatives from Years 6 to 10 in the Community Problem Solving, Scenario Performance, and Global Issues Problem Solving competitions. All divisions required research, critical and creative thinking, and ethical leadership skills. The students’ ability to respond to challenges faced by local and global communities was outstanding. To see such innovative action planning for a rapidly changing future inspires hope and optimism and all participants are congratulated for their collaborative and individual efforts.
Well done to the expanding panel of coaches, Mrs Linda Sydes, Miss Adelle Byerlee, and Mr Rob Belchamber, who guided the students through the structure and expectations of the program and inspired them to meet the challenges posed in future scenarios.
We are excited to announce the individuals and teams who have qualified and been invited to attend the National Finals in Brisbane this year in both the Global Problem Solving and Community Problem Solving Sections.
