Da Vinci Decathlon Years 6 - 10

On Assembly this week we celebrated the performance of our Year 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 students who represented the College very well in the Da Vinci Decathlon. All teams were awarded a place in various events, and we particularly congratulate our Year 7 team who were overall winners, our Year 9 team who were second by just one point, and our Year 10 team who came third.

1st place - English

This team was also placed first in their division at this regional competition and qualified for the State Final.

This team came 2nd Overall in our region and was 1 point off coming 1st.

 

Year 10

1st place - English

3rd place - Creative Producers

This team came 3rd overall in our region.

We wish both our Year 5 team and our Year 7 team the best of luck on Tuesday and Wednesday next week at the State final of the Davinci Decathalon where they will compete against many other schools who will also travel to Brisbane for this competition.
