SCISSA Soccer
This week was the start of SCISSA Soccer fixtures for our Intermediate Boys and Girls Teams. A strong start to the campaign with a tie (2-2) for the Boys against MFAC and a 4-0 win to the Girls against ILC. Well done students and good luck next week.
CBSQ Basketball
Well done to our Open Boys team who competed in the Champion Schools Basketball Queensland Tournament from the 16th to 19th September. This is a massive tournament with over 150 teams competing and for our first campaign the boys did exceptionally well. They won all games in the pool rounds and only lost in the semi-finals in a tight game, to win the Bronze Medal. It was a super effort from all players and we look forward to future PLC teams carrying on their success in the years to come.

Rugby 7s
Reminder that SCISSA season starts next week on Wednesday at Kawana Sporting Fields. Students need to make sure they have mouthguards in order to play. Please email Mr Josh Cummins if you have questions about the competition.
Basketball
There will be some adjustments that will need to be made to some fixtures to account for Year 9 camp in the upcoming weeks. Details will be sent out to relevant students and parents with any of the changes that will need to be made. It is really important that students attend all games, when available.
