Compass Review 2024 Growing and Celebrating Together

We are excited to share the Compass Review 2024 with our community. In a new approach, the Compass Review celebrates the progress that has been made towards our 2023-2026 Strategic Plan. The Compass Review 2024 celebrates staff, students and parents who have led or contributed to initiatives throughout the year. Attached to each article are symbols and descriptions of the strategic intents that are being developed to assist families to build better understanding of our strategic thinking and growth. Stories of Alumni are inspiring with each story reflecting how qualities and capacities grown through immersion in Pacific’s culture have continued to be developed and grown beyond school.

A key part of the 2023-2026 Strategic Plan is to increase the agency of staff, students and parents to contribute to the ongoing enhancement of learning at the College. We hope that through reading the Compass Review 2024 and being better informed, you will celebrate the progress and better understand ways in which we as staff, students or parents can continue to engage to enhance learning and opportunities within the College.
